For more than eighteen years, Aloda Construction Company has established itself as one of the leading companies in the construction sector in Kuwait. It started with a clear vision aimed at providing integrated engineering solutions covering all stages of construction and real estate development — from planning and design to execution and handover.

2007

Foundation & Establishment

The company was founded in 2007 in the State of Kuwait with the goal of developing the construction sector. It built its business on providing integrated engineering services with commitment to precision and quality. Since its launch, the number of employees grew to 550 by 2010.

2015

Growth & Development Phase

From 2015, the company moved toward sustainability and green buildings using the latest environmental technologies. Its team expanded from 700 to over 1,050 employees by 2020, with projects covering various regions across Kuwait.

2025

Current Phase

By 2025, Aloda became one of the largest names in the Kuwaiti construction sector, with a workforce exceeding 1,300 engineers, technicians, and administrators all working toward one goal: delivering high-quality projects.

2035

Vision 2035

The company's strategic plan toward 2035 aims to become one of the top 3 construction companies in Kuwait, expanding its regional presence in government and residential projects through excellence in design and execution.
