Aloda offers a comprehensive range of construction services including full residential construction, turnkey finishing, structural works, project management, maintenance, landscaping, climate-resistant construction, waterproofing, and smart home systems.
Yes. We offer a complete turnkey service covering architectural and interior design, structural engineering, all construction phases, finishing, MEP systems, and final handover — all under one roof.
Our primary focus is residential construction. However, we also take on select commercial and mixed-use projects. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
We operate across all governorates in Kuwait, including Kuwait City, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer.
Project timelines vary depending on scope and size. A typical villa construction ranges from 12 to 18 months. We always provide a detailed schedule before project commencement and commit to our deadlines.
We provide a comprehensive warranty on all our projects. Structural works are warranted for 10 years, MEP systems for 2 years, and finishing works for 1 year from handover date.
The structural warranty covers any defects in foundation, columns, beams, slabs, and load-bearing walls that arise from workmanship or materials, not from external causes or owner modifications.
Contact us via phone (+965 1808 199), WhatsApp, or email with photos of the issue. Our technical team will inspect the defect within 5 working days and provide a written repair plan.
Warranty exclusions include damage caused by owner modifications after handover, natural disasters, improper use, and normal wear and tear of consumable items.
Our contract includes a detailed scope of work, BOQ, payment schedule, project timeline, material specifications, quality standards, warranty terms, and dispute resolution mechanism.
Payment is structured in milestone-based installments tied to project progress. Typical stages include mobilization, foundation completion, structural completion, rough finishing, and final handover.
Yes, changes are possible through a formal variation order process. Any additions or changes to scope are documented, priced, and agreed upon before implementation.
Yes, a mobilization payment is required before work commences. This covers initial materials, equipment mobilization, and site preparation costs.
Climate-Resistant Construction is Aloda's proprietary approach to building in Kuwait's extreme environment. It incorporates advanced insulation, sealed facades, UV-resistant materials, and moisture control systems specifically engineered for Kuwait's harsh climate.
Buildings constructed with our climate-resistant systems use up to 40% less energy for cooling, suffer less maintenance issues from heat and humidity damage, and last significantly longer than conventionally constructed buildings.
We use a combination of spray foam insulation, reflective radiant barriers, thermal break systems in facades, and double-glazed windows to minimize heat transfer and maximize energy efficiency.
Yes. Our climate-resistant systems are available for all residential projects, from single villas to large residential complexes. We tailor the system to the specific requirements and budget of each project.
